Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

No refunds or cancellations are allowed for downloadable digital products. Once access is granted, the sale is final.


2. Live Class Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for courses featuring live sessions. The refund amount is calculated based on the timeline of the request:

  • 75% Refund within the first three days of classes.
  • 50% Refund within the first six days of classes.
  • 25% Refund within the first nine classes of the course.

Note: No refund will be provided in live class-based courses after 9 days of classes.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you feel the product received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must initiate a formal complaint.

Contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product/access by emailing support@sudeepverse.in or sudeepverse@gmail.com.

4. Final Decision & Updates

The Customer Service Team will review all complaints thoroughly. Please note that the final decision rests solely with the management.

Policy may be updated without prior notice.
