Welcome to Sudeepverse IAS. These Terms of Use set forth a legally binding contract between Us and You. We provide guidance for UPSC and various State Public Service Commissions, and intend to expand to NET, TET, CET, CLAT, SSC, and RRB.
1. Eligibility
Persons who are "competent/capable" of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible. Minors must use the platform under the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.
Post-payment, users may be required to submit a valid Government ID (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) for verification to attain "Subscribed User" status.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Account credentials are personal. Sharing, "Group buying," or commercializing access results in immediate account termination without refund.
- Access is limited to the specific "Edition" or exam cycle purchased.
- We reserve the right to change faculty or update study materials annually.
3. Google OAuth & User Data
Sudeepverse allows authentication via Google OAuth. We receive your name, email, and profile picture strictly for account access.
We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy. Data is not used for advertising, nor is it sold to third parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All Materials (videos, PDFs, MCQs, notes) are the exclusive intellectual property of Sudeepverse IAS.
Any unauthorized reproduction, screen recording, or distribution via Telegram, YouTube, or other media violates the Copyright Act, 1957.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Fees: Payable in full at registration. Technical bank-end errors will be corrected by notifying the user for additional remittance if needed.
- Refund Policy: All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.
- Gateway: We use third-party payment gateways and are not liable for transaction failures at the bank's end.
6. System Requirements
To ensure smooth playback of DRM-protected content, the following are required:
- ✅ Android: 6.0 (Lollipop) & above
- ✅ iOS: 8.0 & Above
- ✅ Latest Chrome / Firefox
- ❌ No Rooted/Jailbroken Devices
7. Fair Usage Policy
Each course has a fixed number of "Fair Usage hours." If the limit is exceeded or simultaneous logins are detected, the account will be scrutinized and potentially blocked without prior warning.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not: host, display, upload, modify, publish, or transmit any material that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
Screencasting, mirroring, or trying to sell Sudeepverse account credentials will result in a permanent ban and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
Success in competitive exams depends on individual effort; Sudeepverse IAS does not guarantee specific ranks or results. We are not liable for technical downtime caused by third-party server providers.
